Problem: Rebrand a local savings and loan into a full-service retail bank that appeals to a broader audience.
Solution: Design new identity package; logo, brand colors, fonts, collateral, signage and advertising campaign look and feel. Focus group testing of identity and campaigns. Worked with internal marketing team to reach new, younger demographic with ads, in-home mailers and web ads.
Results: Improved regional name recognition. Increased new account conversion. Maintained the historical audience of Bellingham while opening up to broader regional success.
