Problem: Create a brand identity and standard for small boutique advertising and marketing firm. Focus on mid to large client base. Develop creative strategy and approach for growing full service agency portfolio and attract more B2B and B2C clients.
Solution: Worked with company principals to audit current identity and customer experience. Completed competitive audit and 2 week workshop to identify product market fit and competitive landscape. Developed new brand standards, guidelines, website and brand advertising and collateral.
Results: Worked directly with agency partners to create and implement strategies to transform the agency from a photo studio with infrequent design work to a full-service creative advertising agency. Within 3 years the agency had attracted a number of substantial new clients, expanded services for existing clients and experienced it’s first year of billings over a million dollars.
